Abstract

This chapter offers a detailed overview of wound dehiscence. Common history and physical findings, differential diagnoses, and germane imaging modalities related to the presented wound healing are reviewed. Also detailed is the appropriate surgical treatment for each pathology, common curveballs, and clean kill questions pertinent to the oral boards.
