Abstract
This article on the topic of notalgia paresthetica (NP) describes the case of a patient with NP and her response to treatment with osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM). The article also reviews the literature on NP and proposes an autonomic-neurologic-lymphatic model describing the pathophysiology underlying NP and explains how to treat patients with NP utilizing an OMM approach.
