The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine offers graduate programs in the field of Psychology, including doctoral programs in Clinical Psychology and School Psychology, Masters Degrees in Mental Health Counseling, School Psychology, and Organizations Development and Leadership, and advanced graduate and post-doctoral certificate programs.
The department offers a Cognitive Behavioral theoretical orientation, with a student-centered faculty including teachers and researchers trained and mentored by some of the leading authorities in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
Didactic courses in the first two years of the doctoral programs, covering the scientific and clinical foundations of the discipline, are enriched by standardized patient program.
