Intermittent mandatory ventilation and continuous positive airway pressure: Two inexpensive methods of delivery
A system for delivery of continuous positive airway pressure and intermittent mandatory ventilation is described. It is simple and inexpensive to assemble and maintain. The advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
