Abstract

Objective: To investigate intervention and mechanism of forestomach cancer and precancerous lesions in mice by Chanpi, Quanchong and Fengfang mixed liquid (CQF liquid). Methods: The model of forestomach cancer and precancerous lesions in mice was established by N-nitrososarcosine ethyl ester and sodium nitrite perfusing stomach; VEGF expressions in cancer-induced group (32 cases), the traditional Chinese medicine (20 cases) and blocked group (48 cases) were determined by ELPS. Results: Circled digit one The incidence of cancer and precancerous lesions was markedly higher in cancer-induced group than in blocked group; Circled digit two the positive rate and intensity of VEGF expression were significantly higher in cancer-induced group than in blocked group. Conclusion: CQF liquid can interrupt forestomach cancer and precancerous lesions in mice, and is related to VEGF expression. VEGF is a factor involved in forestomach cancer and precancerous lesions in mice.
