Description

Dr. Galluzzi specializes in geriatrics and hospice and palliative care. She received her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospitals - University Medical Center, UMDNJ-SOM. She is board certified in family practice/osteopathic manipulative medicine and geriatrics, pain medicine and certified in hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Galluzzi is Professor and Chair of the Department of Geriatrics at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and serves as Medical Director of VNA Hospice of Philadelphia. A distinguished fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Dr. Galluzzi is a board member of the AOBFP as well as the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging and is a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia. She has chaired the AOA Council on Palliative Care Issues and served on several ACOFP Committees. She maintains active staff privileges at Lankenau Hospital, Temple University Hospital, and Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia.
